1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PDF Studio (the "App"), a product of SavardeIT ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free users and Pro subscribers.

2. License & Usage

SavardeIT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Studio on your Android device, subject to these Terms. You may:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Access and view PDF files stored on your device.
• Use the core features of the App free of charge.
• Upgrade to Pro for additional features.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its source code.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Free vs Pro Features

PDF Studio is available in two tiers:

• Free: Includes PDF viewer with search, bookmarks, thumbnails, recent files, image ↔ PDF conversion, Google Drive access, and 2 free signatures.
• Pro: Unlocks all features including annotation, fill & sign, merge/split/rotate/reorder, password protection, compress, OCR, conversion to Word/Excel/HTML/PPT, and digital slate with voice dictation.

Pro features require a valid license key, which can be purchased through the Google Play Store or App Store.

4. In-App Purchases

PDF Studio offers the following purchase options:

• Monthly Subscription: ₹49/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Lifetime License: ₹999 one-time payment, use forever.

All transactions are processed by the Google Play Store or App Store. We do not have access to your payment details. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of the respective store.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the Google Play Store or App Store according to their respective policies:

• Google Play: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase. For refunds after this period, please contact Google Play support.
• App Store: Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you are unable to resolve the issue through the store, please contact us at support@savardeit.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. User Responsibilities

When using PDF Studio, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App to store, share, or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Protect your device and data — we are not responsible for data loss or device damage.
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PDF Studio, including but not limited to the App design, source code, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of SavardeIT and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The SavardeIT name, logo, and the PDF Studio name and logo are trademarks of SavardeIT. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF Studio is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Warranties that the App will meet your specific requirements.

We do not guarantee that OCR, conversion, or other processing features will produce 100% accurate results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavardeIT shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• Damages caused by third-party services (e.g., Google Drive).

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any), or ₹100, whichever is less.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
